At ESTEBAN RIVAS, S.A., we have the philosophy of earning our clients’ trust by meeting their needs in the area of: “Passenger transport by road in the discretionary, regular, and special use modalities” as well as “Repair of electrical systems, mechanics, and upholstery for motor vehicles.” “Marketing of spare parts and accessories.” “Rental of mini warehouses, offices, and parking spaces.”

Our work philosophy is focused on total quality and consequently on customer satisfaction. Therefore, at ESTEBAN RIVAS, S.A., we have decided to take a further step and implement an Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN ISO 14001:2015 standards.

To ensure quality, both to third parties and internally, the management, along with the managers and employees at ESTEBAN RIVAS, S.A., has planned a set of actions and systems that must provide the appropriate trust towards our clients and are defined below in our Management Policy.

• To know and satisfy the needs and expectations of our clients, ensuring a commitment to meet the requirements established by clients, applicable legislation related to the activities and services provided, internal requirements subscribed by our organization, as well as compliance with other demands established by third parties.

• To enhance the effectiveness of human and technological resources to ensure the quality of the service provided to our clients. We have a highly qualified and trained human team in the various fields we operate in.
• To involve our staff, with their contributions towards achieving Continuous Improvement, and by enhancing the professional training of our personnel through the ongoing training programs offered.
• At ESTEBAN RIVAS, S.A., we have adopted a commitment to pollution prevention and environmental responsibility, carried out through the implementation of environmental practices to reduce consumptions and properly manage any waste that may arise, as well as increasing awareness and training in environmental matters among our staff.
• To continuously improve the effectiveness of the management system, to ensure our persistent adaptation to the demands of an increasingly competitive market and a constantly evolving environment.

Considering these guidelines, this management reiterates its firm commitment to join efforts toward achieving these objectives, so this policy is understood, implemented, and maintained on all levels of the organization.
